Sac and Apache Invites, but De La Rosa appears to be back, running 14:02 along side teammate Rocha at the Pacific View Finals, and beating Gabe Collison of La Crescenta who is no slouch himself (15:02 Mt. \nAnyway, to elaborate...New England championships could clarify who is best in the region....but might not due to absence of Mass. Christian Alvarado of Conn. Made Footlocker last year but was so far back there he really holds no edge this year and the race should be wide open.
\nWhat happens now to runners in states that have essentially finished season and must wait for regionals...while in NJ, for example, top runners could have three races in state ladder to go? Which is more valuable now, rest or keeping race sharp?","date_added":"Nov 8th 2013, 7:05pm","nest":0,"liked":false,"member":[],"can_delete":false,"item_id":195497,"item_type":"news","pb_image":"i\/no_avatar.png","pb_title":"Bsarno1","pb_url":"profile.php?member_id=45736","pb_url_dns":"https:\/\/Bsarno1.runnerspace.com\/","pb_wally_id":"1116260"},"907324":{"pb_id":"42418","pb_type":"members","likes":"0","parent_id":"0","pid":"907324","comment_id":"907324","member_id":"42418","comment":"
